Musicians
Drums: Chris Massey, a graduate of the Berklee School of Music in Boston, will be showing off his versatile technique and skills on drums. Chris was the original drummer with the well-known blues rock trio called the Chris Duarte Band. He toured with them based out of Austin, Texas, where Chris lived and breathed the blues scene for many years.
Bass: "Molotov" Mike Alexander. Who, unlike
Chris, was accepted into one of those prestigious music schools, but
instead chose a different route and went on to tour the world for 7 years as
a musician on one of those cruise ships. Mike is amazing to hear and watch
play slap/funk bass of which we'll have several new songs for him to "show
off" on.
Piano/Hammond Organ: My good friend and "brother" Dr. Daniel Suter has been the heart and soul of the band for many years now now. He lays down just that special extra touch and feeling to every song that separates the ordinary from the greats. Whether a barrelhouse shuffle, slow burning blues ballad or a hot funk tune, Dr. Dan plays the real deal with the rotating Leslie Speaker.
